Do you have a rewards program?

We do not have a Profound rewards program, however we do partner with Allē and Aspire rewards.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

Online booking requires a $25 deposit as well as if you have multiple occurrences within our cancellation policy.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us a 24hr notice for any cancellations/ rescheduling concerns. If you cancel or reschedule with over a 24hr notice your deposit (if given previously) will be refunded or transferred to that date, however, if it is in less than 24hr it is nonrefundable. Deposits only go into place if you've had previous last-minute cancellation/no-show occurrences.

Do I need to wear or do anything special for my visit?

If you're a new client we ask that you show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Prior to your laser hair removal treatment, you want to avoid self tanner as well as prolonged sun exposure. The area in which is being treated should also be cleanly shaved.

Do you offer gift certificates or specials of any kind?

Yes. We offer gift certificates as well as run monthly specials that go out via email and are run on our social media.

Are packages available for services?

Yes, please talk with your provider we can make packages for most services we offer.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

It all depends on your skin goals! When you're here your esthetician will consult with you and recommend a treatment plan.

What are the best treatments for hyperpigmentation?

Microneedling, IPL, and chemical peels are all great options to treat hyperpigmentation.

What's the best way to prolong the results from my treatments?

Proper homecare! We have medical-grade skincare for purchase to help maintain your treatment results

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance, however we do accept Care Credit. If you are getting IV Therapy - please check with your HSA card because that may be an allowable expense.

What should i do to prepare for my laser hair removal?

Prior to your laser hair removal treatment, you want to avoid self-tanner as well as prolonged sun exposure. The area which is being treated should also be cleanly shaved.

What skincare brands do you carry?

Is there anything I should avoid before my wax appointment?

You should avoid any AHA's, BHA's, and Retinols prior to your appointment. You also want to make sure the hair is an appropriate length, about the length of a grain of rice.
